The industrial arm of Wave Group has flourished in the business sector of sugar manufacturing and is now attaining new heights in the agriculture sector with ‘potato farming & processing’. With a total crushing capacity of 22,000 TCD, Wave Group’s sugar mills in Dhanaura, Bijnor, Amroha, Bulandshahar and Sahranpur, Uttar Pradesh command a definite edge in the sugar industry. The refined sugar processing turnover with co-gen power generation of the Dhanaura sugar mill is stands at Rs. 439.68 crores.

Bio Ethanol Plant

The Company have a Distillation facility at Dhanaura for Ethanol Production with the start capacity of 150 KLPD based on B Heavy Molasses. The Company has already started the commercial production in the Distillery in March 2022.

Expansion Plan :

The Company has started implementing bio-ethanol expansion capacity from 150 KLPD to 250 KLPD. The production with the expanded capacity is expected to be achieved in next financial year. The availability of the raw materials for the expanded distillation capacity (B or C Heavy Molasses) will be met by Company’s own expanded sugar operations.
